Tantra is a spiritual and philosophical tradition that dates back to middle age India. Tantra is a whole spectrum of practices that consists of rituals, meditation, teachings and other activities that aim to better feel and harmonize your body, mind and soul. Tantra helps you learn how to listen, feel and control their connection to each other and to be in a harmony with yourself.
This deep tradition also consists of Tantric massage, which you have probably at least heard of.
We'll explain how it goes.
At first you create an environment. Use the low temperature scented candles instead of a normal room light and a red or black, waterproof sex sheet instead of normal bed sheets.
Tantric practice starts with a meditation. Both you and your partner sit in front of each other on the bed while being completely naked. You close your eyes, hold each others hands and feel the warmth, the breath, the heartbeat, the energy... Continue this meditation for around 5 minutes, just don't set the timer. Open your eyes whenever you feel that you are feeling your partners energy well.
After both of you open your eyes, look at each other in the eyes for about 2 minutes and say nothing.... smiling, laughing, even feeling a bit weird is completely normal, just don't get your eyes off of each other and don't say or do anything, just watch.
After this you start with a massage. One person receives the massage, another one is the giver. If you're the giver, than have your partner lay down on the belly, oil up his body as well with your hands and start touching him in non-intimate areas. Just touch your partner in a way that you'd love to be touched on different parts of your body. Observe your partners reactions, see what kind of touch makes them smile and where. Your partner is also learning their own body and is moving to a deeper phase of relaxation at that point.
Then focus on anal muscles. From here you're moving between the legs, and from there, as if accidental, you make a gentle touch to the genitals. Touch it again and be more deliberate each time. Once you feel an arousal, turn them to their back with the belly up this time.
After the roll, your biggest point is to help him connect his mind, heart and genitals. Your partner should be in their internal world with the eyes closed. You touch their forehead, face, chest, fingers and most importantly - the genitals.
As you feel that your partners mind is exploring his own body in a pleasant meditational state, you start focusing on the genitals. You massage these genitals until your partner reaches an orgasm but keep in mind that this is not a jerking off or a fingering experience. Rather than being focused on him orgasming, look at those genitals as a key to life. Express your thankfulness to these genitals as they create life, they bring pleasure to your partner and ultimately - they bring pleasure to you. Practice different touches to those genitals and observe your partners reactions all the way until making them orgasm.
These kinds of touches could be infinite for both man and woman. If you think you need an inspiration, you can look up a few Tantric massage videos.
Do not withdraw your partner from their state straight after orgasm. Give them a moment to take a breath. Have them lay for 2-3 minutes, then go ahead and hug them...
This will be one of the deepest and possibly even a single deepest spiritual experience in your lives.
