    Everything under 50GEL has no warranty. If you  don’t trust our quality control and you want to see for yourself, check the products on spot whenever they’re delivered by the carrier, make sure that everything is in proper shape/works and off you go.

    Products above 50GEL have a standard 1 month warranty unless mentioned otherwise in the description or product instruction. In case of defect we’ll take your product, check if the problem is caused by the manual damage and if not, then you’ll get the product replacement or a refund. Each of our product has at least 2 quality certificates. Vast majority of our costumers use our product for months or years. You can trust our quality and our support – we are not careless about our quality and image.

Carriers do not know what products are in the package. In case you’re paying cash, The carriers know how much should they get and how many products are in the package, as their bonus also depends on the number of items they carry.

Warehouse guys know what are in the package but they’ve got no idea TF you are. Carriers see you but they got no idea what the fuck is in the package, so no worries if you care about that.

After all, nobody’s gonna use your number or anything to spam you or start fucking sexting or something, because nobody from us even gives a shit!

That’s it. If you ever receive an SMS advertisement from Kiku, that’s not because you shopped with us. It could be because we decide that making the SMS advertisement is a good idea and address to the advertising company.

Ordering and Delivery

You do not need to register for ordering.

  • Add your desired items into the cart.
  • If you can't add an item because it is asking you to choose the parameter first, that means it has either color, size or style that you missed out on. Choose the desired style/size/color and then you'll be able to proceed.
  • after adding an item to the cart, press "proceed to checkout" button and fill the following:
  •  Location (closed selection: Tbilisi or Outside Tbilisi
  • Email (optional) and phone number (mandatory). Email desired for receiving an order number, invoice and for us as an alternate way of reaching out if your phone number isn't working. The phone number is needed for the delivery to call you. We do not collect any of your information for marketing purposes.
  • Choose your payment method and hit "place order"
  • After the order is complete, you'll get a message issuing your order number. Save that order number, that is a primary way of us identifying you in case of any type of support needs.
  • If your order is above 25 lari and you're ordering a product that is eligeble for a discount coupon (such as dices, stickers, cheap condoms and such) than you can write in "discount" at a coupons section during the checkout and the items will be discounted. 
  • During the checkout, cash payment is automatically marked. You also have options to pay by card on spot, pay by cash or try installments. keep in mind that payment by card on spot is possible only in Tbilisi.

Delivery

  • Our delivery service works every day including weekends. If the delivery is not working for any reason, you'll be notified by a pop-up message that our chat bot will give you. Orders received before 14:00 are delivered the same day, orders received after 14:00 are delivered the next day.
  • Delivery starts after 14:00.
  • The delivery guy will call you in between 12:00-14:00 for deliveries in Tbilisi. That call is for them to arrange the approximate delivery time and place with you - we don't just come instantly knocking on the door at random times.
  • Do not expect to receive the orders with the food delivery speed. We don't have delivery drivers lined up but we have a showroom that you can visit yourself.
  • In central areas, delivery is free. If you're somewhere in a suburb, the surcharge may be anywhere from 3 to 5 lari. In case of surcharge, you'll be notified by the delivery guy.
  • There will be +5 lari on spots such as Zahesi, Avchala, Orkhevi and so on. Ponichala and Rustavi highway is not in range of our delivery.

Packing is always anonymous

  • Delivery doesn't know what they're carrying, but they do know where they work.
  • Our packs don't have any logos, stickers or so on.

Delivery Outside Tbilisi

  • Deliveries outside Tbilisi are executed by Georgian Post.
  • Delivery happens within 2-5 working days (weekends and national holidays are off).
  • Each package has its own tracking code that you can request from us so you can track your package status on the top right coroner of the Georgian post page here
  • Packing is anonymous and the delivery drivers don't know what is inside.
  • There's a fixed commission on shipping outside Tbilisi - 5 lari.
  • You can pay by card on our website or cash on delivery at hand with the Georgian Post guy.
  • If there's any post office close to you, it will be better if you take it yourself from there. Their system works like this: Once the package is in your region, the delivery guy will take it, bring it buy, but if you're unable to take it at that time for any reason, it will go back to the office and soon it will be shipped back. However, if you're to take it yourself from the office, they'll have the package sit there for 2 weeks with no problems or extra charges. Order with delivery at your door only if you're sure that you'll have no problem receiving the package, and/or if you know the delivery worker in person and can easily arrange the time/place with him. 
  • Please write in your full name exactly as it is in your ID card. It is essential for the Post office that the name provided matches the ID. You can use our "additional information" gap for this. If there's a mismatch, they won't give you the package until that gets fixed.
